Background and Challenge
In Sunny Isles Florida, the developers of Turnberry Ocean Club wanted both stylish and functional wine and food amenities for their exclusive enclave. Their vision was a fully refrigerated bank of wine lockers that residents could use as mini-cellars for their prized bottles and summer kitchens for each residential unit that combined style and craftsmanship.
Solution
As one of the few regional providers who manufacture nearly all of their refrigeration components in-house, the Harmonic Wine Displays team was uniquely suited to ensure the project was both technically sound and visually stunning to attract the luxury-minded Turnberry customer.
Project Highlights:
We built, installed, and finished 60 refrigerated wine lockers - 12 banks of five temperature-controlled units - in the property's clubhouse.
Turnberry's residents could choose between vertical rows that were optimized for storing either red or white wines.
Working from an interior designer's mockup, our team installed 152 electric barbecues with cabinetry and stone tops.
Our team managed permitting and engineering. The summer kitchens design had to take Florida wind, weather, and humidity into account. We thought through and executed down to the last detail.

Outcome
A complete resident wine storage and summer kitchen solution, executed across the property to spec for an elevated resident experience. Turnberry Ocean Club opened in 2021, with all Harmonic Wine Displays elements delivered on budget and on time.
